It’s More Than Just Numbers was formed in 2002 by Keoki Wallace. Since its inception, the firm has served clients with economic and financial analysis, with strategic public relations and marketing plans, and with taxes and accounting for both businesses and individuals. The firm has served as counsel with mergers and acquisitions. The firm has also provide expert turn-around services for troubled companies.

Keoki Wallace

Keoki Wallace graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Finance, from William Howard Taft University’s Law School with a Juris Doctor (JD) Degree in Law, and is currently finishing at Capella University with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in both Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Wallace’s career started with a stint as a GS-15 Marketing Specialist, assigned as a Managing Officer in the Federal Home Loan Bank system, where he took over and liquidated failed savings and Loans during the United States Savings and Loan crisis. With the passage of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act, he was transferred to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where he served as a GS-15 Bank Liquidation Specialist in the liquidation branch. Mr. Wallace was simultaneously attending law school, and upon passing the California Bar Exam, he left government service to take a position as an attorney with the law firm of Lorance & Thompson.

In addition, Mr. Wallace subsequently passed the Utah Bar Exam, and in addition to the States of California and Utah, became authorized to practice in all the Federal Courts in California, the Federal Court in Arizona, the Federal Court in Utah, and before the Internal Revenue Service. He has served as General Counsel to publically traded firms and as Chief Financial Officer to others.

Mr. Wallace has worked with Hollywood productions, helping to set the current record for production spend in Hawaii. He served as an Adjunct Professor at Brigham Young University for seven years. He served as the volunteer Chairman and President of the Ko’olauloa Educational Alliance Corporation for seven years. He currently serves as the volunteer General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer to AWS Events Group LLC, which hosts the annual Aloha World Sevens International Rugby Tournament.
